Facsimile Editions has published a facsimile edition of this wonder of 1,494 pages, ISBN 0 948223 219. The price tag is £6,450.00, which, given the care it has been taken into its production, does not seem that expensive to me.
The red disc is an interesting feature, which connects it to Hathor, among other things:
Hathor, ancient Egyptian goddess. Hathor is depicted in many forms, most commonly as a woman with cow-horns and sun disk. Isis could also be depicted in this form, and the two can only be surely distinguished by the inscription.
